Arbinet Launches SoftSwitchAxcessSM, the Network Control Center to Help Carriers Manage and Grow their VoIP Businesses

New Brunswick, NJ – October 18, 2004 – Arbinet, the leading electronic marketplace for communications trading, announced today the launch of SoftSwitchAxcess, a managed softswitch service for VoIP carriers looking to expand their businesses and manage growth with minimal capital investment.
