FROM JFK AIRPORT
Exit the airport and follow the Van Wyck Expressway/I-678 North. Take the I-495 exit (exit #12B) and merge onto the Long Island Expressway; Long Island Expressway becomes I-495 West. Take the 35th Street exit on the left towards 34th Street/Downtown. Turn left onto E 34th Street. Take the FDR Drive South ramp towards Battery Park and merge onto the FDR Drive South. Take the exit (exit #1) towards Battery Park/ Staten Island Ferry. Stay straight to go onto South Street. Turn right onto Broad Street.

FROM LA GUARDIA AIRPORT
Exit the airport and take the Parkway West ramp heading toward Manhattan. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and merge onto the Grand Central Parkway West. Take the Brooklyn Queens Expressway exit (exit #4) and merge onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway East. Take the I-278 West exit and merge onto the Brooklyn Queens Expressway/ I-278 West. Take the Williamsburg Bridge exit on the left and merge onto the Williamsburg Bridge. After the bridge, make a slight right onto Delancey Street. Turn left onto Bowery; Bowery becomes Chatham Square. Turn left onto Broadway; Broadway becomes State Street. Turn left onto Bridge Street and take a left onto Broad Street.

FROM NEWARK AIRPORT
Exit the airport and take the I-78 ramp. Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto I-78 East. Take the US-1 North/ US-9 North exit (exit #58B). Keep left at the fork in the ramp and take the US-1 & 9 North/ Pulaski Skyway exit. Follow US-1 & 9 North; US-1 & 9 North becomes US-1 North. US-1 North becomes 12th Street; 12th Street leads into the Holland Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and take a slight right onto Laight St. Take a right onto Canal St. and go ½ mile then turn right onto Bowery. Bowery becomes Chatham Sq., then Kimlau Sq. Turn left, then make a quick right onto St. James Place which then turns into Pearl St. Take Pearl St. approximately a mile south to Broad St. Take a right and go 1 ½ blocks north to 75 Broad St.

IN NEW YORK CITY
Take the J, M or Z train to the Broad St. Station. Exit at the Beaver & Broad St. exit and walk 1 ½ blocks south to 75 Broad Street.

Take the 4 or 5 train to the Bowling Green Station. Exit the station and walk east across the plaza in front of the Old Customs House. Turn left and walk 1/3 block north on Broadway, then take an immediate right and walk 2 blocks east on Beaver St. Turn right and walk ½ block south to 75 Broad St.

Take the N or R train to the Whitehall St. Station. Exit at the Whitehall & Water St. exit and walk ½ block north to Water St. Turn right and walk two blocks east to Broad St. Turn left and walk 2 ½ blocks north to 75 Broad St.
