FROM LA GUARDIA AIRPORT
Exit the airport onto the Grand Central Parkway West toward Manhattan for about a mile before taking the Brooklyn Queens Expressway (exit 4) toward the Verranzano Narrows Bridge. Take the I-278/Verranzano Narrows Bridge exit and cross Staten Island using I-278 to the Goethals Bridge. Bear left to enter the NJ Turnpike South (I-95) and go to exit 9 (Rts. 1 and 18). After paying toll, stay in right lane and take Rt.18 North to the New Street exit. At the traffic light turn right onto Neilson, go 4 blocks and turn left onto Church Street. On your left is a public garage. From the parking lot, walk left up Church Street to George Street. Cross George, and look for Albany Street Plaza. Arbinet is on the 4th Floor of Tower II.
